Unite medical are seeking a maxillofacial – sho to cover an ongoing gap with one of our clients based in the west midlands. An internship or residency is also required, as is state and federal testing to achieve credentials. Experience as a dental hygienist or as a health care worker will help prepare you for a career in oral surgery.

Education & career research
Several training programs and residencies provide medical education concurrently, which is incorporated into the oral and maxillofacial residency. Dentists diagnose and treat problems with patients’ teeth, gums, and related parts of the mouth. You can expect to perform many of the same duties as a general surgeon if you work in this field.
