On Saturday, April 23, 2016, from 10:00am to 5:00 pm, hundreds of visitors attended the award-winning Ventura Earth Day Eco Fest in Promenade Park! The day’s FUN activities offer something for everyone with over 100 exhibits, music and entertainment, food vendors, Green Auto Expo, Eco Arts & Crafts and more!
Visitors to the Environmental Sustainability and Ventura Water booths got to talk with staffers, play eco-friendly games and pick up cool green and blue swag!
Ventura Water invites the community to join us as we celebrate water and conservation at the Earth Day Eco Fest this Saturday, April 23. We’ll have a booth with free water-saving devices and other giveaways, and an iPad on hand so you can go online and make your pledge for the National Mayor’s Challenge for Water Conservation (www.mywaterpledge.com) right there at the Eco Fest!
The Ventura Earth Day Eco Fest brings fun, food, entertainment and exhibitors to Promenade Park. Each year, thousands of people turn out to celebrate and learn about the environment at this fun event. It’s a great event for the entire family and features over 100 exhibits; an Education Pavilion; live music and performances; eco-friendly arts and crafts; food including sustainable and healthy food vendors; and a Green Auto Expo.
- Saturday, April 23, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Ventura beachfront Seaside/Promenade Park and Surfer’s Point Boardwalk.
- Be green and bike to the event! The Eco Fest will provide secure bicycle parking and a free Bike Valet.
