Ocean Friendly and Native Gardens thrive in Ventura’s Mediterranean sunny climate with low humidity, and near-perfect temperatures averaging in the mid-70s.

However, do you ever get perplexed about what types of plants to purchase for your water wise garden and landscape? Or wonder about where and how to plant and group these florals and trees so that they will thrive and flourish creating a lush backdrop irrigated on natural rainfall?

On Saturday, September 12 from 10:00am to 11:30 am at the City’s Public Works Yard, 336 Sanjon Road in Ventura, Nature By Design’s Lisa Burton will answer these questions and more in an informative lecture followed by a Q&A. Refreshments and informational handouts will also be provided at the event.

These classes are known to be standing room only, and RSVP’s are limited, so reserve your seat today. REGISTER at Eventbrite, CLICK HERE.
